Description

A simple and creamy chicken tetrazzini casserole that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, spaghetti, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
