A simple and creamy chicken tetrazzini casserole that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, spaghetti, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Substitute cream of chicken soup if preferred.
- Add sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.
