Description

Creamy and cheesy chicken and rice made easily in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir gently.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken with two forks.
  5. Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
