Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thicker gravy)


Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Form into 1-inch meatballs and place in the crockpot.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  6. If desired, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the gravy to thicken.
  7. Serve warm over mashed potatoes or rice.
