A simple and quick egg drop soup recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Heat chicken broth in a pot over medium heat.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
- Stir cornstarch mixture into the broth.
- Add soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder.
- Beat eggs in a bowl.
- Slowly pour eggs into the soup while stirring.
- Cook for 1 minute.
- Garnish with green onions.

- Use fresh eggs for best results.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
