A delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, these rollups combine ground beef, crispy bacon, melty cheese, and garlic butter for a flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp garlic butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground beef, bacon, cheese, garlic butter, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
- Divide mixture into 8 equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a rollup.
- Place rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
