Description

A delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, these rollups combine ground beef, crispy bacon, melty cheese, and garlic butter for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp garlic butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ground beef, bacon, cheese, garlic butter, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
  3. Divide mixture into 8 equal portions.
  4. Shape each portion into a rollup.
  5. Place rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
