Description
A healthy and creamy crockpot dish with ranch seasoning, beef, and tortellini.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 (9 oz) package cheese tortellini
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer beef to a crockpot.
- Add ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
- Stir in tortellini and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Turn off heat and mix in Greek yogurt and cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use whole wheat tortellini for extra fiber.
- Substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
