Description
Tender steak strips with peppers and onions served in warm tortillas.
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add peppers, onions, and spices to the skillet.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Spoon steak and vegetable mixture onto tortillas.
- Serve with lime wedges.
