Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix chicken, bell pepper, onion, sour cream, fajita seasoning, and salsa in a bowl.
- Spread cooked rice in a baking dish.
- Top rice with the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
