Description
Crab bombs are a delicious seafood appetizer packed with fresh crab meat and flavorful seasonings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, mustard, black pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
- Mix well and shape into small patties or balls.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry crab bombs for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
