Description
A spicy and creamy chicken ramen dish with a rich garlic sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and chili flakes. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and soy sauce. Stir in sugar.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to coat.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
