Ingredients

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook wild rice in beef broth according to package instructions.
  3. Sauté onions in butter and olive oil until caramelized.
  4. Mix cooked rice, onions, thyme, and garlic powder in a baking dish.
  5. Top with Gruyère and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
