Description
A delicious sandwich with garlic bread and meatballs, perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients
- 4 garlic bread rolls
- 12 meatballs (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter (softened)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice garlic bread rolls in half and spread butter on both sides.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and parsley on buttered rolls.
- Toast rolls in the oven for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
- Heat meatballs in marinara sauce in a pan over medium heat.
- Place 3 meatballs on each roll and top with extra sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the meatballs.
- Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic instead of powder for stronger flavor.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
