A quick and delicious twist on traditional pizza using garlic bread as the base.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf garlic bread (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place garlic bread on a baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the garlic bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add your preferred toppings.
- Finish with Parmesan cheese, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crispy.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic bread for best results.
- Adjust toppings based on preference.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
