Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 lb cheese tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain.
- Combine tortellini with Alfredo sauce and steak bites.
- Garnish with red pepper flakes if desired.
