Description
Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter and served with a creamy parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a cast-iron skillet for even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with crusty bread or over mashed potatoes.
