Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (cut of your choice)
- 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Roast potatoes for 20 minutes until tender.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add butter and garlic to the skillet, baste the steak.
- Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with roasted potatoes.
