Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (cut of your choice)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Roast potatoes for 20 minutes until tender.
  4. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Add butter and garlic to the skillet, baste the steak.
