Ingredients

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Add garlic confit and rosemary, roast for 10 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
