Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, and garlic until well combined.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, stirring until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each into a bagel.
- Place the bagels on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
