Description
Easy-to-make healthy white chocolate macadamia cookies in one bowl.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges turn golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a vegan version, replace the egg with a flax egg.
