Easy-to-make healthy white chocolate macadamia cookies in one bowl.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
  5. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges turn golden.
  7. Let cool before serving.
