Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) whole wheat pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes.
- Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Toss in the cooked pasta. Mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
