Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with half the mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Layer noodles, turkey sauce, and cheese mixture in a baking dish. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles to save time.
- Substitute ground turkey with ground chicken for variation.
- Add spinach or zucchini for extra veggies.
