Description
A simple and nutritious detox salad made with kale, cabbage, carrot, and cauliflower.
Ingredients
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all vegetables.
- Chop kale, shred cabbage, grate carrot, and chop cauliflower.
- Combine all vegetables in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss well and serve immediately.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Add nuts or seeds for extra crunch and protein.
