Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oat flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add almond milk and stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use certified gluten-free oat flour if needed.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a sweeter version, add 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup.
