Ingredients
- 8 oz salmon fillet
- 8 oz pasta
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add salmon and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Break salmon into flakes, then stir in cream.
- Combine with cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Adjust cream thickness by adding pasta water if needed.
