A simple and healthy flaxseed bread recipe with only five ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flaxseed meal, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs and water, stir until well combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a vegan version, replace eggs with flax eggs.
