Ingredients
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss potatoes in the mixture until coated.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use small baby potatoes for even cooking.
- Adjust honey to taste if you prefer less sweetness.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
