Description
A simple and healthy side dish made with potatoes, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a few other ingredients.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and honey, coating the potatoes evenly.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
Notes
- Use low-sodium soy sauce if you prefer less salt.
- You can substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
