Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Arrange chicken bites in a single layer without overcrowding.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
