Ingredients
- 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried basil.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
