Description
Crispy potato bites filled with melted cheddar and bacon, made healthier in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Air fry potatoes for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Remove potatoes and mix with cheese and bacon.
- Return to air fryer for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked bacon for convenience.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
