Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
