A simple and healthy way to cook fish fillets using an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the fillets.
- Drizzle lemon juice on top.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness—the fish should flake easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the fillets.
- For extra crispiness, lightly coat the fillets with breadcrumbs before air frying.
