Description
Crispy air fryer french fries made with minimal oil for a healthier twist on the classic.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into 1/4-inch thick sticks.
- Soak potato sticks in cold water for 15 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Cook fries in a single layer for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
