Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into 1/4-inch thick sticks.
  2. Soak potato sticks in cold water for 15 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
  3. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
