Description
Spicy jalapeño poppers made healthier with an air fryer. These poppers are stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon.
Ingredients
- 6 large jalapeños
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a half slice of bacon.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place poppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until bacon is crispy.
- Serve warm.

- Wear gloves when handling jalapeños.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra crispiness, flip poppers halfway through cooking.
