Description

Spicy jalapeño poppers made healthier with an air fryer. These poppers are stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon.


Ingredients

  • 6 large jalapeños
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cut in half
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a half slice of bacon.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place poppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until bacon is crispy.
  8. Serve warm.
