A quick and healthy lasagna made in the air fryer, perfect for individual portions.
Ingredients
- 6 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then cut into thirds.
- Mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese in small oven-safe dishes.
- Place dishes in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- Use no-boil lasagna noodles for quicker prep.
- Add spinach or ground turkey for extra protein.
