Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Mix cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each ball into the beaten egg.
  5. Coat the balls with breadcrumbs.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Lightly spray the balls with olive oil.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
