Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Check for an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce or sides.

- Use a cookie scoop for evenly sized meatballs.
- For a crispier texture, spray meatballs lightly with cooking oil.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
