Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp black garlic paste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, black garlic paste, smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook for an additional 5 minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.

- Cut potatoes into even sizes for uniform cooking.
- Adjust the chili flakes to your preferred spice level.
- For extra crispiness, soak the potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes before cooking.
