Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon za’atar seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, za’atar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
