A healthier twist on classic lasagna with Alfredo sauce, chicken, and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Mix ricotta cheese with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, chicken, Alfredo sauce, spinach, zucchini, and mozzarella cheese in a baking dish.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
