Quick and nutritious energy balls made with apples, almonds, and cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup finely chopped apple
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls
- Place balls on parchment-lined tray
- Chill for 30 minutes
- Store in airtight container
