Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried apples, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend oats and walnuts until finely ground.
- Add dried apples, maple syrup, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pulse until the mixture sticks together.
- Roll into small balls (about 1 tbsp each).
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
