Description
A healthy and creamy dip made with artichoke and yogurt, perfect for snacking or appetizers.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped artichoke hearts, and minced garlic.
- Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve with vegetable sticks, ers, or pita bread.

- For a smoother texture, blend the dip in a food processor.
