Ingredients

- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tomato slices

Instructions

- Place one slice of bread in the pan.
- Layer avocado, mozzarella, and tomato on the bread.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
