Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and half the bacon in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into a ball.
- Roll the cheese ball in the remaining bacon, green onions, and pecans.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use low-fat cream cheese for a lighter version.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
