Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup lean ground beef (cooked)
  • 1 slice low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 tbsp diced onion
  • 1 tsp mustard


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. Add diced onion to the pan and sauté until soft.
  4. Spread mustard on one slice of bread.
