Ingredients
- 6 whole-grain biscuits, cubed
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place cubed biscuits in a greased baking dish.
- Scatter crumbled bacon over the biscuits.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture over the biscuits and bacon.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until eggs are set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
