Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onions and bell peppers, sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Cook turkey bacon in the same pan until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
