A simple and nutritious snack made with broccoli and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam broccoli until tender, then finely chop.
- Mix broccoli, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
- Use fresh broccoli for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
