Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, ricotta, spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
